Accounts Receivable Associate

Coilcraft, Inc., founded in 1945, is an established worldwide organization specializing in the manufacturing of magnetic components including high performance RF chip inductors, power magnetics and filters with headquarters located in Cary, Illinois. We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to work in our Accounting department. Job Responsibilities: Conduct account research and analysis. Reconcile accounts. Maintain credit files on large customers. Resolve accounts with past due invoices. Maintain credit hold system. Post cash to customer accounts. Maintain good working relationships with customers (both internal and external). Job Requirements: Associates or Bachelors degree in Business or Accounting in preferred. Solid understanding of fundamental financial concepts. Attention to detail, self starter and organization skills. Basic PC skills, intermediate excel skills.
