IT/Help Desk Support $17/HR (40 Hours a Week) Dallas, TX 75201 Work Week is Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday Shifts will be 11PM-7AM or 830PM-630AM depending on which shift is available POSITION PURPOSE: Systems Technician will be primarily responsible for administering end user hosting environments. This position will require a broad and deep knowledge of server hardware and software, virtualization technologies, and advanced knowledge of Internet and networking technologies, as well as full knowledge of all services that we offer to our customers. Linux experience is a must have to succeed in this role. The Systems Technician will also need to be able to learn new software in order to assist clients as needed. They will demonstrate the best in terms of troubleshooting and documenting issues. Very relaxed and modern atmosphere. Dress code is casual (jeans, flip flops etc.), as well as a employee area that is stocked with snacks, games and other perks!
