This role is responsible for monitoring and improving warehouse and Supply Chain performance through implementing effective analytical tools and processes. WHAT YOU''LL DOPerform inventory analysis and management to avoid low and excess stock Determine appropriate measures for warehouse performance and report as requiredDrive root cause analysis with warehouse teams when performance is below targetDesign, develop and implement tools to analyze current & projected performance and outline data driven opportunities for performance improvementDevelop automated reporting capability that provide real time performance visibilityCollaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality and Customer Service to ensure data tools meet business needsUnderstands and is aware of the quality consequences which may occur from the improper performance of their specific job; has awareness of device defects that may occur in their area of responsibility, including product design, verification and validation, manufacturing and testing activitiesResponsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company''s policies and practices; build productive internal/external working relationshipsCarries out duties in compliance with established business policiesOther duties as assigned, according to the changing needs of the business EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU''LL BRINGRequiredBachelor''s degree and 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
