For more information visit Description: LGCY Power is looking for a highly motivated individual to assist with our quickly growing marketing team. This person will help manage ordering of gear and swag for the company as well as maintain inventory of our online store. This individual will also assist with planning of company events and helping the Director of Marketing with various tasks. The marketing assistant will work closely with the Project Manager and Director of Marketing. Required: Outgoing personality Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of organization and attention to detail. Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent time management skills Comfortable with MacOS and Apple products. Well-versed in Microsoft outlook, managing calendars and inventory management. Preferred/Not Required: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plus Familiar with working with a creative team - graphic design, video etc. At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing/Sales or Communications. Good understanding of creative marketing. Previous project management experience. Responsibilities: Help with organizing and planning company events Properly order new supplies avoiding excessive surplus or inefficiencies Evaluating new inventory, ensuring it''s ready to ship Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels Work closely with the Marketing Project Manager to manage timelines on orders. Assist the Director of Marketing with emails, scheduling and various marketing tasks. Occasionally put in time outside of business hours for answering emails and to work on important projects to ensure deadlines are met.
