Engineering Technician

Adecco is hiring immediately for Engineering Technicians at a local client in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be developing, implementing, and writing test procedures for the department, writing technical reports, performing operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment, determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions, performing mechanical and repair tasks, and performing other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in an engineering or manufacturing related discipline OR Associate degree in an engineering or manufacturing related discipline OR Military equivalency in a Technical discipline Previous experience with use and understanding of a Multimeter Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams Follow safety protocols including Lock Out/Tag Out Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed Ability to stand and/or walk for the entire shift Bending, lifting, and twisting frequently Ability to use hand tools Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
