Job Duties Include: Monitoring and observing residents'' physical, mental, and emotional condition Effective and efficient medication pass with knowledge of residents'' medications, side effects and interactions and educating residents accordingly Modeling as an effective team leader to the Certified Nursing Assistants assigned Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED Licensed as an LPN in the State of NY with no restrictions Must be willing to work as part of a Team and have a strong patient-centered approach to healthcare.
