Candidates should be able to manage several projects simultaneously and efficiently, demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills, possess a thorough understanding of design knowledge, architectural standards, building codes, vertical building construction processes and project delivery methods. This candidate will supervise and coordinate all phases of the projects, from programming to construction administration.This position will also be responsible for the following duties:Plan and develop scope, schedule, and budget for vertical facility projects. Procure, negotiate, and manage vertical design and construction contracts. Review design drawings, oversee construction, coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders such as IT, Security Management, Property Management, etc. Will drive to ensure completed project work meets the required obligations under the contract and ensure compliance with FEMA requirements. Manage, develop, and maintain good relationship with client and contractor representatives, and perform other duties as assigned.Must be able to pass a criminal background check, obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances where required. WORKING CONDITIONSThe position requires stooping, bending and/or lifting of items of up to 30 pounds with occasional periods of walking on rough surfaces. Will require driving to various locations to perform duties.
