Come join Total Airport Services (TAS) and watch your career take off!Successful Customer Service Agents will be able to:Greet our customers to guide and assist them with ticketing and baggage check-inResponsibility for all aspects of the ticketing process - selling, printing, reissue. Ensure our customers have the proper documentation for travel, properly tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor beltsSafe preparation for aircraft arrival, boarding and deplaning customer service of aircraft passengersOperate jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doorsMake professional public gate announcements that exhibit a positive, personal, and professional toneProvide baggage service and assisting passengers with mishandled baggageProvide flight, ticket, direction, and other travel information and customer services to passengers What Do You Need?A valid photo I.D and Social Security CardBe a minimum of 18 years oldAble to pass a background check and drug screenEligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearancesTo be punctual and commit to your assigned scheduleWhy Join Our Team?$13.00 per hourEarn extra cash through perfect attendanceGet $250 for referring othersRevenue sharing (the better TAS does, the more you get!)Paid Time Off and Sick LeaveMedical, Vision and Dental BenefitsCareer development and training from our dedicated leadership teamThe sky is the limit for our TAS Team!
