In the performance of this function, the Project Manager is responsible to protect and promote company interest in all matters and to take required actions to satisfy the duties of the position. Some of their responsibilities include:Developing on-site plans and procedures for the field operationsDeveloping and maintaining the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) programCoordinating and monitoring the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and materialsPlanning and reviewing the construction Logistics program with the Project Executive including procedures, plant layout, equipment, and manpowerEnsuring that the work is performed within the boundaries of the job estimateCreating and updating progress schedulesEstablishing and maintaining good safety and security practices for the entire projectPreparing regular and special reports for job meetings and hosting those meetingsTraining the work forces and administering the field officeInterested in hearing more?
