FOR LAWSON CONSULTANT Duties: Meet with technical and functional stakeholders and provide status updates. Discuss requirements and technical directions for development efforts. Gather/document functional requirements, analysis, and detailed specification of the reporting requirements. Document specifications, both technical and functional using agreed upon specification templates. Design, develop, test and document reports. Work with the business team, business users, and contractors on all aspects of tasks to ensure objectives are achieved Required Skills: Strong technical knowledge of I nfor Lawson''s 4GL (Microfocus Cobol) in an Oracle/Unix environment nal knowledge within Infor Lawson''s HR suite (S3): Absence Management, Benefits, Human Resources, Payroll, Personnel, and Time & Attendance Experience performing large scale data c onversion from multiple data sources (Infor-Lawson to Oracle HCM is a plus) Experience interpreting and validating data in large scale data conversion E xperience with file transfer protocol (FTP & sFTP) Experience with Infor Process Automation (IPA), PractiTest, JIRA, and migration from Infor to Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)
