Due to this growth, they are adding talent in their central Indiana 150-person non-union injection molding operation. Their benefits are low cost and they match on 401k plans. Due to immense growth in new industries and product lines (including major Business-to-Customer) growth, they are currently looking to add to the team a Demand/Forecasting Specialist to their team. Main duties include: Work closely with high-level Managers and Sales/Marketing teams to analyze and 'predict'' market trends, sales volumes, production forecasts, etc. Use Excel programs that are unique to forecasting to develop models that will be used for manufacturing purposes Analyze previous sales data to determine areas of future growth Work with warehousing and inventory control to forecast volumes of production needed Qualifications include: BS degree in Business or other related fields Experience within manufacturing planning or forecasting Strong Excel skills (data formatting, pivot tables, etc) Exceptional communication skills- as this role will be very cross-functional
