University Recruiter

Adecco is now hiring for a University Recruiter with a local client in Austin, TX. The University Recruiter will perform essential duties with pay starting at $35.00/hour, plus available overtime. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, refining, and executing early in career recruiting strategies to attract, promote, and retain highly qualified diverse intern and recent graduate talent for the client. Requirements: BA/BS Degree (or equivalent experience) 2 years of experience supporting campus recruiting, preferably in tech or manufacturing 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably intern and new grad talent in a high-volume environment Competent with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Workday Recruiting a plus Experience with web-based sourcing systems such as Handshake and LinkedIn Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Teams a plus Ability to analyze data and to make decisions based on multiple data sets Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people Passionate diversity champion with the ability to influence the business to think differently Robust time management and prioritization skills with the ability to self-manage Ability to travel within the US Ability to work overtime as required What''s in this for you?
