Adecco is assisting a client to fill an HR Generalist role in Seattle, WA. The Ideal candidate for this position will design and administer human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. Collect and analyze HR data, and then make recommendations to management. Oversee and establishe procedures for paperwork completion for functional area. Prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. Requires a bachelor''s degree in a related area and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field''s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
