Recruiting Specialist

Adecco is now hiring for Recruiting Specialists with a local client in Fort Myers, FL. Recruiting Specialists perform essential duties with pay starting at $17.00/hour, plus available overtime. In this role, you will be responsible for high volume recruitment focusing on open positions within the areas of care and sales. This involves forming strong partnerships with hiring managers and following a comprehensive recruitment process to meet hiring needs. Requirements: Bachelor''s Degree from a four-year College or University Focus on HR Management preferred 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience required Call Center Agent or Customer Service Representative recruitment experience is a plus Ability to act independently and make decisions that achieve optimal results Excellent written and oral communication skills Highly professional and service oriented Ability to fluctuate hours based on hiring needs High attention to detail Ability to work independently Extremely organized, personable, and outgoing What''s in this for you?
