E MAIL DATA ENTRY TRAFFIC SPECIALIST

Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnered with the largest international CPG company to find a REMOTE part-time (15 hours per week - flexible time) E-Mail Data Entry Traffic Specialist! The CRM E-mail Traffic Coordinator helps ensure the proper technical implementation of e-mail campaigns get trafficked for delivery. The position maintains effective communication across requested e-mail assets, technical specifications, form delivery/submission information, and timelines with Client Services team, Project Alpha team, as needed. You''ll work cross functionally between the Client Services and Project Alpha teams to implement the final delivery of e-mail campaign assets. What you''ll do: Coordinate and perform e-mail campaign data entry and setup with e-mail vendor to accurately build''s e-mail tag templates to required specifications Build and track e-mail best practices for all campaigns Multi-task on various e-mail campaigns and e-mail optimization projects, remaining organized throughout and prioritizing tasks as needed Maintain knowledge of CRM industry trends as they relate to e-mail trafficking Performs other related duties as required or assigned Who you are: Pursuing bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 1 to 2 years of project coordination experiences Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/requests simultaneously Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to gather input, develop solutions, influence outcomes and garner support from all levels of the organization and manage a complex set of stakeholders Strong expertise with the basic office software applications required: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills If you are interested, please apply today or send your resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] for immediate consideration!
