PeopleSoft Business Analyst

PeopleSoft Functional Business Analyst Job Summary We are currently seeking a detail-oriented business analyst to join our PeopleSoft team. This individual will act as the link between our technological capacities and our business objectives. This position will interact with customers and client management working to improve business process, by providing excellent customer service and supporting system processes. Business Analyst Duties and Responsibilities End User Support Support system issues during daily operations with HR, Payroll, Time and Labor and Benefit Administration modules Capture, define and simplify the business requirements for new enhancements Review, respond and process issues reported via monitored ticket system Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve business practices and efficiencies Provide customer service and process support to client customers System Maintenance Review and suggest updates, patches and fixes to clients to keep system current and up to date Define reporting and alerting requirements Define, translate and simplify end user and technical requirements Manage communication in relation to requirements Configure system tables based on end user requirements Design and review test cases, perform end to end testing Adhere to process change requirements Assist in managing a project''s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment from start to finish Report on technical issues and questions, make recommendations to technical team Communicate key insights to client partners Coordinate and communicate with team members
