Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to provide user support for employees as well as managing maintenance, upgrades, setup, and troubleshooting for existing technologies.ResponsibilitiesProvide support for in-office and field staff for ~500 (PC, mobile, servers, networking, etc.), including first-level support, inventorying, upgrades, and troubleshootingAddress requests in a timely manner, escalating to high-level IT staff where appropriateProactively report issues to management to ensure minimal downtime and disruptionAssist with network administration tasks and hardware and software installationIdentify and communicate suggestions for process and system improvements to enhance performance and reliabilityRequirementsMinimum 3 years of prior experience in IT, ideally with experience supporting and troubleshooting PC''s and mobile devicesBachelor''s in related field or equivalent experiencePrior experience working with the following in a Help Desk/Desktop support capacity - upgrades, troubleshooting, and installation: Microsoft systems including M365, Active Directory, Exchange, Office, SharePoint, TeamsMobile devices, including Apple and Android tablets and phonesPreferred: additional experience with ShoreTel phone systems, IP security systems, Cisco networking, mobile device management and encryption, Sage 300, TrimbleWe are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
