A day in the life of a Retail Sales Professional is very dynamic. 80% of the customers walking into our stores each day are not coming in to set up service, but for another need. Retail Sales representatives sell new services, upgrade and downgrade existing services, receive payments, trouble shoot billing and technical issues, provide and exchange equipment, and any other issues a customer can conceive. Consultants consistently provide solutions to all of these listed above and more every day. That is why it is so important for our consultants to be flexible and adaptable in order to be effective with the variety of scenarios that are thrown their way each day. In this position you will be responsible for meeting sales goals and metrics.
