Primary duties include but are not limited to: Properly review and rename legal documents for entry into the main subscriber database and/or triage to the appropriate personnel. Review/monitor of all incoming mail from the US Postal service as well as the LER status email box. Review requests according to established policy and guidelines and process accorder to standard procedures. Maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy to comply with established standards and to meet deadlines. Interface with internal and external team members as needed. Adhere to attendance and reliability guidelines. -They should be familiar with reading legal documents; will be supporting the Legal and Emergency Response (LER) team - will provide laptop - WORKER MUST BE ONSITE - Will be extended
