Hamilton-Ryker, in partnership with a local family owned company in Nicholasville KY, is looking for an Experienced QuickBooks Administrator to manage payroll, monthly statements, yearly budgets, and day to day reporting in QuickBooks. Looking for someone who can eventually manage the responsibilities independently, flexible, team player, and takes initiative to complete given tasks. This position would be Mon- Fri; hours can be flexible. Pay based on experience: $17-18/hour What you will do: Knowledge of Word, Excel - how to make basic spreadsheets when needed QuickBooks experience required - To do payroll, AP, AR, budgeting, etc. Provide exceptional customer service to our National Customers. Maintain Organized paperwork, Filing, and clean work environment. Answer phones and answer questions appropriately, or take messages (most work by emails) Work with Warehouse Employees and owner directly to manage day to day tasks. Any other duties asked to perform by the management team. What we need: 2+ years of administrative office experience QuickBooks experience required . Knowledge of Bookkeeping preferred.
