Expands Pathway program activities in support of the nursing Vision, Mission, and Philosophy of AdventHealth Promotes the growth and support of the Pathway program through interdisciplinary collaboration Provides the direction, education, and tools necessary for Pathway and Professional Practice education utilizing nursing theory of change Demonstrates the ability to interpret research findings, utilize data in planning and intervening appropriately Serves as a consultant to leaders, staff, and physicians within the hospital and community Cooperatively accepts additional responsibilities as assigned Leverage and expand the current training, achievements, and successes of the organization''s Lean efforts and assists with LEAN facilitation at the unit level Standardizes clinical tools for staff to use Support workgroups to establish projects in order to facilitate change in those areas to result in desired outcomes. QualificationsWhat You Will Need: Bachelor of Science in Nursing Minimum of five (5) years of experience in clinical nursing Minimum of two (2) years Leadership experience Registered nurse is the state of Florida Job Summary: The Professional Practice Coordinator provides oversight to the Pathway to Excellence program and nursing councils, in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Performance Excellence, Director of Education, Executive Director of Clinical Effectiveness, Chief Nursing Officer. Works in collaboration with nursing leadership and nursing councils to maintain ongoing programs and structures in place for the program. Oversees project management and standardizes processes and is actively involved in visual management facilitating front line employee engagement.
