BirchStone Management 9704 47th Avenue SW Bldg. 23 Lakewood, WA 98499 Shift Supervisor Shifts: 1st shift - Monday through Friday - 5:00am to 2:30pm 2nd shift - Monday through Friday - 3:30pm to 1:30am Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience Contact: Jessica Flores-972-626-5396 Provide direct daily supervision of warehouse personnel to ensure the safe, clean, and efficient operation of the warehouse. Assist in developing a program to train and motivate personnel for increased effectiveness. On a daily basis, develop and implement shipping and receiving work schedules and assignments to assure effective and efficient operation. Make recommendation to the Operations Manager on programs to improve warehouse operations. Supervise the checking of outgoing and incoming freight for proper counts and codes. Assist the Operations Manager in planning space utilization to meet prescribed cost standards. Continually evaluate space utilization and suggest methods for improving layout. Supervise the relocation and consolidation of product as required. Ensure proper stock rotation. Assist in conducting physical inventories as required.
