As the Executive Administrator - Talent Acquisition for the Executive Recruiting team, you will act as a point person for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers in achieving our hiring goals. Your role will be critical in helping ensure our candidates have a positive interviewing experience. We''ll count on your skills and years of experience to be a champion of our values, ensuring an inspired and committed workforce and a bright future for yourself and GXO.Pay, benefits and more.We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits pakcage, including full heath insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you''ll do on a typical day:Partner with our team of Executive Recruiters and External search firms to schedule interviews with C-level and senior leadership candidatesComplex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings with in-demand executivesCuration of search timelines to keep process efficient and on trackDeliver a remarkable candidate experience through timely follow-up, proactive problem solving and constant communication through the candidate lifecycleManage the creation of offer letters and guide new hires through the onboarding process while coordinating relocation or immigration forms if necessaryEnsure candidate databases are kept up to dateSupport the recruiters and with various aspects of the hiring process such as building out interview plans and synthesizing interviewer feedback to present during debriefsContinually striving to improve our processes to make every step of our recruiting process exceptional for candidates and fellow employeesWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you''ll need:4 years of experience in administrative or executive support role or similar rolesStrong organizational skills as well as consistent follow up and attention to detailAbility to balance multiple time-sensitive priorities and act with urgency while maintaining a high degree of communication and serviceExceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with senior executives in a professional mannerDemonstrated ability to use excellent judgement in handling sensitive and confidential informationAbility to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environmentIt''d be great if you also have:Bachelor''s degree or equivalent related work or military experienceExperience with PeopleSoft, Kronos or SuccessFactorsCapacity to quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applicationsAbility to work independently with confidential information while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and integrity Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloadsBe part of something big.GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
