Call Center Representative

Our esteemed client in Exeter, NH is experiencing EXPLOSIVE GROWTH and is looking to hire career oriented Call Center Reps on a contract-to-hire basis! You will work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to your customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems. To be successful in this organization, you should be customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clientsAnswer 50-100 calls/day in a courteous and professional mannerReview and resolve questions pertaining to employee benefit plans in a one call resolution approachResearch claims processing issues and identify a resolution in a timely mannerQualifications:AA/AS degree or 1+ year of customer service experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry preferredProficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)Demonstrated telephone customer service etiquetteKnowledgable in medical and insurance terminology (i.e. copays, deductibles, coinsurance, etc)TPA or health insurance experience strongly desiredHours:Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM for approximately the first 90-days; then Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:00PM thereafter.**after 6 months on the job, you will have the ability to work remote 1-2 days/week with manager approval. Pay:$17.00 - $19.00/hour based on experienceOur client has a COVID-19 vaccination requirement as a condition of employment.
