Job Details for Trust & Estates Paralegal:Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM-5PMSalary: $75,000 - $85,000/yearDirect Hire - Full Time!Job Responsibilities & Description for Trust & Estates Paralegal:Monitor, prioritize, organize and facilitate daily workflow in order to meet project deadlinesTrust and Estate Administration - preparation of probate administration paperworkProject ManagementCoordinate probate court filings and recordings, including research and familiarity with local rules and probate courtTrust Funding - working with client''s financial advisors on proper titling of accountsPrepare Gift Tax, Estate Tax, and Fiduciary Income Tax returnsJob Requirements for Paralegal:Bachelor''s degree (Paralegal certificate a plus) required.Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with Surrogate''s Court proceedings and rulesFamiliarity with New Jersey State, New York State, and Federal Court filing processExperience in Probate administration and knowledge of estate planning documents and conceptsExperience preparing gift tax, fiduciary income tax returns and estate tax returns preferred7 or more years experience IND8PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs in New Jersey (NJ) - Trenton, Princeton, Robbinsville, Plainsboro, Cherry Hill & Cranbury; and in PA - Levittown, Fairless Hills, & Philadelphia.
