To assist the VP of Performance Excellence in all aspects of the Performance Development & Training to perform all duties and responsibilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Presentation of Corporate Orientation in English and/or Spanish using PowerPoint.Teach all AHCA classes to hourly staff such as Safety, Residents Rights/Abuse Neglect, Teamwork and other policies & procedures. Monitor new employees who are viewing required training videos & administer required tests.Data entry and audit employee training records to assess training compliance/needs in all buildings. Support the Departments Mentor in all of our buildings.QualificationsCollege degree preferred and/or attending higher education institute.Experience in Human Resources, Training or Teaching preferred.Must be able to communicate clearly in English and Spanish.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Basic math skills required.The Ideal CandidateHave previous experience in making judgments and decisions; organized, detail oriented, accurate, thorough, personable, patient and flexible.Self-motivated with a competitive spirit, a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member in a fast pace environment.High level of energy.Demonstrate excellent communications & interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Able to speak effectively in front of groups of employees or students. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays & in emergencies.Able to travel locally when necessary.Public speaking skills.
