This is a W2 long term VIRTUAL contract opportunity. Intuit is a global technology platform that helps their customers and communities overcome their most important financial challenges. They help give over 50 million consumer, small business and self-employed customers around the world the opportunity to prosper.The Sr. Technical Sourcer is responsible for driving all aspects of the candidate sourcing and generation process for full stack, back-end and front-end developers, with a focus on Software Engineering. This involves creating and implementing complex sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple methods and tools for all levels of tuit is a global technology platform that helps their customers and communities overcome their most important financial challenges. They help give over 50 million consumer, small business, and self-employed customers around the world the opportunity to prosper.This is a long-term contract opportunity that will work virtually. Accountabilities:Results & Strategy * Leverage knowledge of role design and the required competencies, skills and knowledge required for success to more effectively market, screen and present candidates to opportunities. * Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.* Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities. People Leadership * Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction. Coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes and technologies. Client & Candidate * Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities. Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment.* Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience. Thought Leadership * Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms. Understand and educate client and program teams on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management.
