Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: Review and code all expense invoices, ensuring appropriate approval has been obtained prior to payment. Input non P.O. service and expense invoices. Process checks and electronic payments, match supporting documentation to check copies Handle incoming vendors inquiries and review vendor statements. Reconcile and balance accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger. Perform monthly journal entries and account analysis for various accounts. Maintain overall credit card program. Review all company expense reports to insure they meet company policy and IRS guidelines and contact originator to resolve any discrepancies. Audit and J-SOX requests as needed. Review and handle all vendor credit applications.
