Android Engineer

APN Consulting has an immediate need for a direct client requirement: Title: Android engineer Location: IL/RI/AZ REMOTE to begin Type: Contract/ Contract to hire 5+ years of experience in Android Mobile Application Development Experience in Android application development using Kotlin and Java Knowledge of Android design principles, interface guidelines, Material Design, MVVM, and other design patterns and core frameworks Knowledge of Android components, architecture components, Push notifications, Threading concepts, Restful APIs, layouts, constraints, and dependency injection. Experience with the implementation of third-party libraries and API. Experience with Android studio & developer tools like Profiler, Debuggers, and Charles proxy. Strong desire to build in the test from the start with TDD development. Knowledge of tools like Git, Adobe Analytics, Postman, SOAP, REST, SVN, Rally.
