We are a national Permanent and Temporary Staffing firm that specializes in the Property Management industry. Our clients are actively looking to hire Apartment Maintenance staff at various levels through-out the metro area. Needs include Permanent, Temporary and Temporary to Hire placements. Duties typically include: Completion of work orders to make repairs regarding electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, paint and drywall issues. Make-Readies or preparing an apartment for a new tenant. Pool and recreation area maintenance Possible outside grounds maintenance Some positions involve management of maintenance, housekeeping and grounds staff Some positions involve vendor selection and management.
