Development and regulation of sales programs. Examination of marketing and sales statistics to devise sales and marketing strategies. Job Specific Requirements: The assistant event planner will perform various functions to ensure a smooth event for both internal and external customers. Duties include, but are not limited to the following - - Help ensure costs are in line with established budgets - Collaborate with existing meeting planning partners during planning phase and on-site. - Ensure adequate compliance with health and safety regulations - Work with Carrier''s Legal and Finance teams on contract and Agreement approvals. - Assist in securing the best venue(s) for the event after considering the event''s budget, purpose, and attendee profile - Help maintain compliance with Carrier''s Gift, Entertainment, and Sponsored Travel Pre-Approval Workflow. - Communicate and provide answers to inquiries from attendees during the Registration process. - Work with restaurants and caterers for proper food and beverage, as needed. - Provide internal staff with information they need to carry out responsibilities during upcoming events. - Create registration reports from Cvent sites, and communicate to internal customers. - Follow-up with guests on their level of satisfaction with the event (i.e. surveys). ____________________________________________________________________ Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
