Contracts Analyst

Role Summary This role will draft, negotiate, coordinate execution and maintain/monitor supplier contracts. Initial workload will be heavily focused on IT-related Agreements and suppliers. Role Responsibilities Draft and negotiate business-critical Agreements, with a concentration in IT-related Agreements. May also negotiate Equipment Agreements, Service Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Statements of Work, and miscellaneous contracts, as needed. Demonstrate superior contract editing and writing skills, draft contract language that minimizes risk for the company. Manage multiple contracts simultaneously with different stakeholders and time sensitivity Lead negotiation/coordination between MMT business owners and suppliers to finalize contracts and resolve contractual questions or issues. Monitor expiring contracts to ensure coverage for the company; research supplier utilization/spend history and work with company end users to determine if renewals are required. Review requisitions to determine contractual needs and/or contractual references on Purchase orders. Provide guidance and expertise to colleagues to determine if/when contracts are required, and what type of contracts.
