Olgoonik is an Equal Opportunity Employer - EEO AA M/F/Vet/Disability Overview: The Systems Operations Administrator reports to the Systems Operations Program Manager and performs specialized systems administrative functions in support of an enterprise integrated security management system and provides customer support services to system users, employees, and visitors. Primary Responsibilities: Process applicants for ID cards Process ID card applications Perform quality control checks Process access control requests Prepare system generated reports Prepare status reports Provide customer service support Provide training Update files Identify and resolve basic ID card problems Identify and resolve access control problems Other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities: There are no supervisory responsibilities associated with this position. Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or equivalent 1 year of general customer service experience Minimum 1 years of clerical and data entry experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Applications/Programs Good oral and written communication skills Ability to follow oral and written instructions Ability to perform work with minimal supervision Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None required Security Clearance: SECRET Level Required Must have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Investigation. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must also be able to maintain a US Government SECRET clearance. COVID-19 Vaccination Required: Olgoonik is subject to the Executive Order (EO) 14042 requiring COVID vaccinations for federal contractors. Beginning Dec. 8, 2021, all Olgoonik employees, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID -19 vaccination before the start date to be considered for this position.
