Community Manager - Novel Perimeter We are seeking a high energy Community Manager to oversee day to day operations a midrise community in Atlanta. The Community Manager is responsible for profitability, cost, control, operating budget, and management reporting, as well as supervision of property staff. They serve as the primary representative of the company to residents, staff, vendors, and the public, and are charged with maintaining Northland''s high standards of customer service and quality.
