Position Summary: Reporting to the Sr Manager PMO Analytics, the Supply Chain Analyst will be part of an Operational Analytics Team with development, implementation, and on-going support of the master data management, analytical models and reporting needed to efficiently manage Residential HVAC Supply Chain and Operations teams. Their primary project will be part of data driven exercises supporting the SIOP team in design, development, and support of the 2023 regulations PIPO project and as a core team member for master data maintenance and manufacturing coordination across the Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with design and development of value added operational reporting and analysis. • Act as key resource in 2023 Standards PIPO project in managing transfer and mapping of old data sets to new working with PMO/Project Management/SIOP/Customer Service/Operations. • Work with Operations teams to validate 2023 product transfer timeline and track execution of plan. • Partner with SIOP team to define and execute production timeline in accordance with 2023 strategy. • Help to identify system and process gaps across all touchpoints with the SC&L team to other functional areas (Product Management, Operations, Customer Service, Engineering etc.) • Execute near term and long term roadmap deliverables. • Act as key PMO user for the PIPO tool to track progress and execute required master data changes. • Assist in designing and measuring new analysis/reporting processes. • Build ad-hoc models as needed by the business examples including...staffing models, distribution capacity planning against a moving production plan, various safety stock assessments, demand planning algorithms. Preferred Qualifications & Competencies: • Strong background in statistical methods and supply chain analytics. • MRP Knowledge (SAP preferred) • Strategic execution-oriented transformation player with proven track record of delivering tangible business outcomes. • Bachelor''s Degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, MBA or Computer Science • Willingness to learn best practices, tools and processes. • Ability to work cross functionally to drive business initiatives (finance, manufacturing, customer service, logistics, sourcing.) • Strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to navigate, influence, and negotiate matrix reporting relationships. • Interact effectively with stakeholders and executives across business and functional operations • Confident in dealing with people at all levels. • Comfort with working with several cultures / nationalities and managing teams across several time zones globally. ____________________________________________________________________ Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
