JOB SUMMARY: This position will help maintain our current Accounts Receivable Functions. The Accounts Receivable Department at MHS is over contract billing in the parcel industry and order of material billing upon delivery for our Spare Parts Division. RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer contracts for billing. Ability to process contract billings, including change orders. Review for any discrepancies Create billing templates for milestone and progress billings within the contract. Reconcile contract and change orders balance and billed to date balance. Parts/Material billing (Pricing, Freight, and tax exemptions) Customer collections regarding past due invoices Consistently meet deadlines under pressure Perform special assignments/projects as required Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Oral and Written Communications. Problem Solving. Extensive Excel Experience. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office including Work, Excel, and Outlook. Willingness to work overtime to meets A/R deadlines. Knowledge of taxes and exemptions. Education and Experience:3+years'' experience in Accounts Receivable in fast paced environment required Experience with ERP systems Experience with Sales Tax Exemptions Experience with Contract Billing Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment.
