Appendix A Recruiting Coordinator Job Description NCW is currently seeking a bilingual Recruiting Coordinator focusing on our Manufacturing vertical. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive pay and attractive benefits. Job Duties: â— Primary focus will be assisting Sr. Recruiter with the recruitment of open positions for NCW''s Commercial Solutions team on a national scale. Responsibilities include, but aren''t limited to sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates on behalf of NCW clients. â— Assists Sr. Recruiter with executing the recruitment process of prospective candidates, negotiating employment terms, when necessary, execution of onboarding, drug screen, and applicable background checks of candidates. â— Upholds communication with field employees regarding current and upcoming job status. â— Assists with facilitation of campaigns related to field employee retention. â— Assists with administrative tasks regarding internal placements and timecard collection. â— Assists Sr. Recruiter with placement decisions of candidates, based on the relative skillsets and work experience of candidates, and best judgment, as related to the open position. â— Responsible for post placement performance evaluations, termination of placed employees and relative administrative documentation when applicable.
