Shipping Supervisor

Description: •Position will start on 1st shift and then will transition to off-shift (either 2nd or 3rd). Weekends will likely be required until the end of the year due to peak season. Weekends run 12 hour shifts (7 A-7P or 7P-7A). After the New Year, shifts will move from standard 8 hour shifts to 12 hour shifts, likely on an Alternate Work Schedule (AWS of 2-2-3). Responsible for managing shipping/ receiving employees. Shipping- Checking in trucks and printing BOLs for full loads using DLx and SAP. Maintaining AGV''s by working with the operator and using computer interface. Doing callback for absent employees and managing time cards. Receiving- managing employees for many receiving functions- stocking bakeshop, unloading packaging trailers, managing scrap removal from lines Skills: Experience with WMS system.
