NOW HIRING Pool Production Associate All skill levels and 1ST & 2ND SHIFT WHAT WE OFFER: A competitive starting wage at $15.50 per hour Full time, year-round work with overtime opportunities Medical/dental/vision benefits Weekly pay WHAT YOU''LL DO: The duties and responsibilities of this position varies by the work station: Spraying gel coats and resins to rolling fiberglass Hand laying fiberglass mat Composite reinforcements as well as using razor knives and other sharp instruments to cut materials and other duties as assigned. Full body suit and Mask required to be worn while working Physical requirements of the position include but are not limited to prolonged standing, frequent bending/reaching/stooping, overhead work and lifting up to forty (40) pounds. Climbing and working at heights of up to 10 ft. required. May be operating machinery including forklifts. Mandatory overtime may be necessary to meet production requirements. Fiberglass/composite manufacturing experience is plus but not required. Other desirable qualifications include experience in construction or tile installation.
