CNC Milling Machinist Job Summary:An industry leading manufacturer of specialty products is seeking an Electrical Panel Builder to join its team in Wyoming. This is a fast paced, independent, role focused on electrical assembly, test, and installation for a variety of products.CNC Milling Machinist Requirements:Responsible for supporting operators in the training of loading parts, proving programs, operating controls, setting offsets, simple edits, deburring and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.Studies and interprets drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and set up requirements.Measures and marks dimensions and reference points on material or work pieces as a guide for subsequent machining.Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine, within capabilities, controls or control media as required to ensure quality of productions. Reports all machine malfunctions break downs or crashesCommunicates with management, production control, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.Schedule: 1st shift, 6:00 am - 2:30 pmPay: $21-$25/hr CNC Milling Machinist Qualifications:Minimum 5 years'' experience setting up and operating CNC vertical mills.Experience with Hurco and Haas mills is desirable.Knowledge in use of precision measuring instruments and the application of such instruments (calipers, ID/OD micrometers, depth gages and indicators/scales).Intermediate knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, inserts and other accessories use on various machines.Machine knowledge of various steel, mild steel, non-ferrous, weldments and fixturesMust be able to follow oral and written instructions.Must be willing and able to work flexible changing work schedules.Must possess basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry and algebra for the purpose of setting up sign plates.Must be able to read/edit using G code.Apply Now!Quick Apply HereSend your resume: [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]Give our office a call: 616.281.0628 (direct) or 616.281.0611 (main)Stop by our office: 1760 44th Street SW, Suite 10.
