Maintenance Technician Job Summary:A growing manufacturer in Grand Rapids is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join their team with availability on all shifts. The Maintenance Technicians will maintain production equipment during scheduled, routine maintenance as well as emergency calls. These are permanent, direct hire openings where new team members will be our client company''s employees from day one! Maintenance Technician Requirements:Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipmentFollow predictive and preventive maintenance plansProvide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during productionPerform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine serviceUnderstand and troubleshoot and/or replace or repair PLC controllersRead and interpret manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and serviceDiagnose problems, replace and repairs part, test and adjust as neededPerform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilitiesUpdate employees and team on the status of requested maintenance support Schedule: Monday - Friday on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, with rotating weekend overtime.
