Electrical Design Engineer

An Electrical Design Engineer job in Grand Rapids, MI is available courtesy of Modis. You will be responsible for specifying system components to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications. You will also be involved in the construction of developed automotive systems. Electrical Design Engineer responsibilities include: • Design and analyze basic electronic control systems, feedback circuits and ladder diagrams • Analysis and specification of electro-mechanical and electro-hydraulic actuators • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports • Work closely with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions and provide technical information QUALIFICATIONS : • Minimum of 2 years of Electrical Engineering experience in Automotive • Previous engineering experience with embedded software, controls, sensors, audio/video, lighting and or battery components • Wire harness experience required!!! • Great team player!
