Exciting new position in the customer service field, with an established company with a fantastic culture and room to grow. Must be fluent in Spanish and be able to provide excellent customer service. Will be working on the Toll Violations for Leased Vehicles.• Analytical skills, Detailed Oriented, and Strong MS Excel Skills.• Will be calling customers regarding Toll Violations.• Will be calling state, and/or accessing web database, at times, regarding Toll violations.• Will be disputing the liability with the state regarding Toll Violations.• Will email and reg mail customer the Toll Violations• Will be calling customers daily, collecting on 0-20 days past due payments• Will be receiving calls daily from the Customer Service Queue to service the customers:a. Setting up payments and/or payment arrangements.b. Processing modification requests for payment extensions, direct loan and refinance accounts from a Lease to a Loan account.c. Processing returned mail and updating accounts with new address information.d. Possible contacting other references to get message to customer.e. Possible contacting the Work/Lease companies to get message to customer.Someone who is extremely detail oriented, a self-starter and can work well as part of a team would be the perfect fit!Great communication skills are key to success in this role.
