Job Description:Our organization is on a multi-year journey to drive a Change Process Transformation. This transformation aims to remove friction from processes across all phases of the Delivery Lifecycle - From Project Management, Change Management, Work Management, and to Release. Our business objectives are to improve the GT&O practitioner experience by automating & eliminating repetitive manual tasks across our tools such as PPRT, JIRA, Remedy, and many more.The candidate will provide leadership, strategic direction, to drive a portfolio of 30+ Application to full Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) automation.The candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the DevOps engineering approach and execution of all 30+ applications that have begun their CI/CD transformation journey, and are looking to take the DevOps automation objectives to the next level of maturity through "push-button deployment" of code from version control system all the way to Production.Required Skills:Expertise in Bofa DevOps tool suite: BitBucket/Jenkins/Sonar/Ansible Tower/Artifactory/XLR10 to 15 years of scaled application development lead experience using major state of the art technology stacks.7+ years of applicable experience, preferably within a technology organizationProven track record of execution and deliveryExperience in managing stakeholder conflict very well with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and audiences.Effective performance within shared service or matrix environmentDocumented delivery of outcomes leveraging a matrix organizationKnowledge of Enterprise Processes, High Risk ProcessesKnowledge of Enterprise horizontal and vertical technologiesProblem solver with a bias for action, strong initiative for consultingExcellence is required in analytical abilities, verbal and written communications (including documentation), interpersonal relationship skills, and teamworkKnowledge of PMI, Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile (SCRUM and SAFe), and/or Six Sigma (Lean) methodologiesMust be detailed-oriented, results-driven, highly energetic and motivated with a high degree of independenceAbility to foster strong collaboration among team members and multitask effectivelyInvestigate and recommend best practices and process improvementsJob Band:H5Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:Referral Bonus Amount:0 --> Job Description:Our organization is on a multi-year journey to drive a Change Process Transformation.
