Job Description:This role will have strong collaboration with other Agile Product Owners and be responsible defining business requirements for multiple projects across the Workflow Simplification Program. Must be highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize activities while serving as a liaison between Technology and business partners. Product Owners have a deep understanding of the business processes to define scope for LOB User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Production Validation (PPV) across multiple projects. Additional responsibilities include:•Creates the product roadmap to align with the business strategy•Creates and prioritizes stories in the product backlog•Designs, builds and executes UAT scripts and ensures testing standards are met•Refines, reviews and accepts stories to enable progress on sprints•Responsible for reviewing / approving technology designs for business partners applying a user (customer and employee) centric perspective•Applies project management and / or process design best practices to ensure continuous improvement•Supports change management deliverables and Agile project documentationRequired Skills and Experience:Working knowledge of MVSO and/or workflow solutionsExperience with and knowledge of Agile project management methodology5+ years relevant work experience managing business and technology projectsEffective communication and presentation skills; verbal and writtenAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracyExperience with process improvement and product managementAbility to facilitate meetings, capture key outcomes/actions and own product documentation5+ years UAT experienceKnowledge of project tools (JIRA experience preferred)5+ years project management experience including process improvement/re-engineering and technology change effortsIntermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and in VisioStrong decision making skills with an assertive and proactive communication styleStrong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skillsMust be proficient in data management to include strong data analytic capabilityMust have strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasksEnthusiastic, energetic, determined and positive - especially under pressureCritical thinker and risk mindedAgile SAFe certification preferredAgile, PMI or Six Sigma certification a plus Job Band:H5Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:Referral Bonus Amount:0 --> Job Description:This role will have strong collaboration with other Agile Product Owners and be responsible defining business requirements for multiple projects across the Workflow Simplification Program.
