HRIS Analyst (Remote)

Volt is immediately hiring a for an HR Technology Reporting Analyst for local leading organization in Santa Monica. As an HR Technology Reporting Analyst you will: Play global point of contact for all global legal HR data reporting requests Design, develop, execute and support company and government ad hoc and scheduled reports and queries using Taleo, Jobvite, Workday, Google Drive, Fusion, Visier, Excel and other tools Perform audits and controls to ensure compliance and integrity of HR data. Act as a liaison between HR and Legal to identify, analyze and translate HR business needs into functional system requirements for reporting and analytics Provide customer support for functional HR reporting and analytics application related issues. Provide support on all questions related to data security HR application access Support compliance programs (i.e., SOX, Safe Harbor, government compliance) with data, testing, and documentation HR Technology Reporting Analyst must meet the following requirements for consideration: Bachelor Degree in HR Business or related field Minimum 1 year of HR/HRIS/Reporting experience Advanced MS Office skills specifically in Excel (formulas, Vlookups, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailsPay is Depending on Experience. ***Volt is hiring immediately******APPLY NOW***Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer
