Maintenance TPM Manager Summary The Maintenance TPM Manager role will lead and supervise all related activities to meet the business objectives. The role holder constantly trains, influences, and promotes TPM culture in the organization, led by example and facilitate projects executions. The TPM Manager trains the Plant Manager, Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Manager, HR Manager, and employees to influence and implement Autonomous Maintenance and TPM principles. Position is located at the HQ which is 2 hours East of Seattle, WA Your tasks: Create and promote AM & TPM culture Implement corporate TPM tools and programs Every year deliver substantial TPM / CI projects having significant positive impact on Operating results (P&L) Sponsor and report all TPM / CI projects Prepare and attend Six-Sigma Quarterly call with Ernest Young and P&G Management Team to understand the newest technologies and systems for implementing TPM properly Lead weekly meetings at 6 facilities Work remotely from the corporate office in Washington and travel 1-2 per month to the plants as needed Lead, manage and communicate TPM metrics for Global / Regional / and local reports Coordinate TPM exchanges with Global and Regional resources to ensure transfer of standards and best practice across the North America Ensure strategic alignment of overall TPM system with Company goals and objectives Our expectations: BS/BA Degree (Production Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering) is preferred or an equivalent of 15+ years of TPM Maintenance implementation experience required Must have experience as a Maintenance Manager, Reliability Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar Engineering / Maintenance background from a manufacturing setting Prefer experience implementing, influencing, and leading a TPM system Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt preferred 5+ CI role within a production manufacturing environment required; preference from a FMCG / CPG, food, or related industry. Must have proven experience creating a TPM culture and examples to showcase how the process created a culture of change. Knowledge of technical drawings; and Design and Process FMEA. Experience with CAD preferred. Strong with ERP (SAP preferred), PowerPoint, and Excel. Will travel 30% of the time and the rest of the time will work out of the corporate office which is 2.5 hours East of Seattle, WA
