Job Summary:Our Client has just successfully implemented the Workday system for our HR, Finance and Supply Chain systems, providing a modern, one stop shop robust IT system. As we continue to enhance the Workday experience for our employees, we are looking for our next team member to provide the change management, training and communication needed to take us to the next level!Key Duties & Responsibilities This Change Management role is responsible for the on going development, implementation and evaluation of the required change management, communication, training and continual transition for new and enhanced initiatives of the Workday system. Works with functional leads, and/or project managers to define specific needs, stakeholder groups and impacts required for end user success. Works collaboratively with project managers and governance committees to integrate change management plans and deliverables and coordinate roadmap planning.Partners with communication, HR, Finance and Supply Chain experts to create and enhance training and development plans and activities to support Workday system updates and releases increasing user effectiveness and engagement.Applies knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design to develop and teach end-users Workday functionality, including job aides, in-person and on-line training.As noted in the other position posted, this is a Brand New position based on a new implementation and roll out of Worday for all HR and HRIS systems utilized for many departments, including Finance, Supply Chain, and HR. There are a number of projects with implementations, roll outs and Change Management techniques to be applied, across the corporation. This person will have their hands on and into every implementation and these releases and tweaks ay take 5-7 years before they are done. This is also a highly visible role and has an excellent chance to move on and up within the organization. Requirements:Desired skills & experience2 years of experience as a change manager and/or project manager with applicable responsibilities with large-scale organizational change efforts, major business process transformations and ERP implementation projects (experience with Workday preferred)Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques that engage the end userInstructional design expertiseDemonstrated experience in creating change management and trainings for a variety of audiences and mediums Strong communications skills including professional interpersonal skills, working well within a collaborative team environment and stakeholder management skillsExtremely proactive and focused mindset with an ability to manage across all levels of the organizationStrong problem-solving skills and a passion to learn and master new concepts quickly and independentlyBachelor''s Degree in applicable field is idealKeys: Change Management an absolute, with Workday experience ideal (but excellent systems experience in others may be OK).
