Solar Regional Install Manager

Location: Cincinnati, OH Type: Full-Time Blue Raven Solar is seeking a Regional Install Manager to manage crews on solar installation projects for our office located in the Cincinnati, OH region. They will be responsible for leading out teams in the installation of grid-tied solar PV systems and for communicating job status data to management on a consistent basis. Blue Raven Solar 2021 Best Places to Work (Glassdoor) 2021 Top 100 CEOs in America - Ben Peterson (Glassdoor) 2021 Best Companies for Career Growth (Comparably) 2020 Most Customer-Friendly Company (Best in Biz) Responsibilities: Provide leadership and technical expertise for the PV installation crews Communicate the necessary job status information to the project management team to assure the successful operation of complete and working systems Lead efforts for safe working practices for entire installation team Perform mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment along with the wiring of solar array (AC and DC) Document completion of each installation with pictures Qualifications: Residential solar installation (3+ years) or construction experience (4+ years)Electrical experience (state license preferred but not required)Construction management experience OSHA 10 or higher Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 Depending on Experience + Per panel bonus Full Benefits (including 401k and PTO)
