Pay rate - $45/hrProject ManagerLead a team of talented supply chain resources where you will use your leadership, experience, and subject matter expertise to control, measure and improve site performance from an operational perspective in meeting customer delivery commitments. The Project Manager will attend and take actions from various leadership level site meetings including tiered-accountability meetings. Focus of this role will include finding innovative, cost-effective solutions to ensure on-time delivery of customer product through cross functional collaboration with Global Planning, Procurement, Sourcing, and site Operations.Primary Responsibilities• Deliver on customer needs• Project management of team performance• Manage supplier performance goals and commits both from a reactive and preventive perspective• Review and monitor supply base performance and resolve excursions in performance, address trends of performance gaps thru corrective and preventive actions• Collaborate with Procurement and Sourcing to ensure supply base goals are understood and satisfied• Identify cost reduction opportunities• Identify schedule optimization opportunities• Review and monitor purchase requisitions for accuracy and schedule compliance• Ensure compliance with site and customer requirementsEducation/Skills/Requirements• Bachelor''s degree in business or related discipline with 8 years of Integrated Supply Chain experience. In lieu of degree, a minimum of 7 years'' experience in Integrated Supply Chain and Operations may be considered (15 years total experience).Knowledge and Skills:• Strong leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral• Strong computer skills, with an emphasis on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)• Strong decision making, problem solving, and organization skills• Must be highly motivated and able to work in fast-paced environment• Ability to multi-task• Ability to lead changes and establish operational metrics and key indicators for process control, communication, and performance management• Demonstrated ability to lead a cross functional team within a complex site/factory environment• Capable of communicating and presenting across all levels of leadership including critical customer contactsOther/Preferred Requirements• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP system, SAP experience is a plus.• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or similar preferred• Experience in understanding the procurement process, terms, and conditions, RFQ, and government contract procurement requirements• Able to make decisions using data while also applying experience and intuition
